I think my diet it's healthy but not very much, I don't like Vegetables but I eat it.

Ingredients:

  • 200g/7¼oz unsalted butter
  • 200g/7¼oz demerara sugar
  • 200g/7¼oz honey
  • 400g/14¼oz porridge oats
  • 50g/1¾oz nuts, dried fruits or glacĂ© ginger, chopped or desiccated coconut (optional)
  • You will also need a 20cm x 30cm (8in x 12in) cake tin, greased.

    Preparation:
  1. Put the butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan and heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved. Add the oats and nuts, fruit, ginger or coconut, if using, and mix well.
  2. Transfer the oat mixture to the prepared cake tin and spread to about 2cm (¾in) thick. Smooth the surface with the back of a spoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F/Gas 4 for 15-20 minutes, until lightly golden around the edges, but still slightly soft in the middle. Let cool in the tin, then turn out and cut into squares.

The royal family



PRESENTATION
I used a Power Point
I spend 1 minut on it
 BODY LANGUAGE 
I didn't look at the audience and I didn't move a lot.
I read a bit.
STRUCTURE 
I organized my ideas but i don't asked any questions at the audience
 CONTENT 
The information wasn't very detailed, without examples.
 LANGUAGE  
The grammar was  correct and varied.
The vocabulary was a little bit rich, I repeat some words, and I used the Google translate.
PHONETICS 
I pronounced all the words properly, I use the Google translate.
I spoke with breaks or interruptions.

Royal weding

Prince William
The British have always loved Prince William. His mother, Princess Diana, was adored by the public. She died  in 1997. Many people think that William should be the next king of the United Kindom, not his father, Prince Charles.
Kate Middleton
Royals normally marry nobility.But Kate is from a rich family, but they are not royalty. Some of her ancestors were poor miners and her mother was an air hostess. The British think it is incredible that a "commoner" will marry the future king of the UK.
